  • Pizza chicken (my oldest son made this up when he was about 4 or 5)

thin boneless skinless chicken breast (you can get them thin sliced in the grocery store)
    pizza sauce
    mozzarella
    italian dressing
    Pillsbury garlic flavored crescent rolls

Marinate the chicken for a few hours in Italian dressing. In a pan, cook the chicken til it is cooked through. Put the chicken in a baking pan and top each chicken breast with 1 tbsp or so of pizza sauce and top with shredded mozzarella. While you cook the crescent rolls, let the chicken cook in the oven til the cheese is melted and just starting to brown. Serve the chicken along with the crescent rolls and a nice garden salad. My boys used to request this for dinner all the time. i think as they grew up they kind of forgot about it...sounds like something to make for dinner tonight =)
