baby and yolk sac

I seen the babies hb last tuesday on 3/3.. My doc told me that I have the sac, yolk sac and the baby.. But I only seen the yolk sac. He mentioned to me that the baby is facing the back of the sac, that is why we can't see it much.. Does anyone know about which week the baby is not in the yolk sac anymore???

  • the doc couldn't tell because he couldn't see the baby too much. The 12th, I will be 2 months with no period. I think I conceived on Jan 27 though. My ovulation is more than 14 days. With my HCG levels as well, I should be about 6-7 weeks.

  • Around 10 weeks the placenta will take over to provide nourishment to your baby and the amniotic sac will be formed. Part of your yolk sac becomes placenta and part becomes amniotic sac.
