Trying to make lunch for a toddler and myself everyday is challenging for me. She is not a big lunch meat sandwhich eater. Any suggestions

  • defintely fruit (fresh if possible or fruit salad in natural juices) , yogurt, whole grain crackers, PB & J, cheese (anything with cheese, lol)...

  • my kids are like yours..i do mac n cheese or their FAV..spaghettio's..or you could do a lunchable type if she'll eat the meat..little pieces of meats and cheese and some crackers.

  • pasta or chicken.

  • Vegetables and dips- cream cheese with fruit or onions or other seasoning.
    Tuna or egg salad- they can be served in a sandwich or on a plate with salad vegetables and crackers.
    Hard cooked eggs.
    Cheese with crackers
    Peanut butter spread in celery sticks or on apple slices.

  • On days like that when lunch seems like a daunting task we just do fruit or cheese sandwich mine doesnt like lunch meat all the time so he is happy with a slice of bread n slice of cheese
