The new opinion of the British has been made clear by a Senior Whitehouse Official, in his response to a British newspaper questioning their Prime Minister's recent treatment by Obama.
“There’s nothing special about Britain. You’re just the same as the other 190 countries in the world. You shouldn’t expect special treatment.”
What do you think? Is there anything special about Britain? Or are the just another country the U.S. is better off without?

You know, there were a few things that Bush did that we a tad bit embarrassing, but not anything that I felt totally humiliated about. This stuff with Britain though is humiliating and right now I am embarrassed to be an American. I really am.
Britain has been our strongest ally, and to just trow that away so callously is insane.
