Would you support this if the government passed this law?

A store must charge a person according to their income. For example, when you go to wal-mart you must present your tax forms and you are then charged an amount unique to your income. If you make $20,000 a year you would be charged maybe a nickel for a box of macaroni and cheese. If you make $75,00 you would be charged $5 a box of mac&cheese. If you make $250,000 you would be charged $25 a box and so on. Or better yet, the government keeps track of how much you make and when you go to check out your ID is swiped and tells the store how much you make and how much you should be charged. This is the progressive way of the rich helping the poor.
