Do you believe that many anti-Obama people mainly hate him and constantly criticize because they are racist?

I am sure it is because they are Republican ( or other reasons) too but I am feeling like they a really just racist biggots.

  • IDK but I kinda think that people dislike him because as a culture we still have a hard time with visuallizing change and differences with a positive notion. Good Question.

  • No, I think its soley because they're Republican. Too many years of hearing Dems criticize Bush.

  • No. But I think that the supporters of Obama who can't articulate WHY they support Obama frequently resort to calling those who don't support Obama racists. It's far easier to call names than it is to defend your beliefs, especially when you're not quite sure what those beliefs are.

  • Nope that's just presumptuous thinking. This is getting old btw. My not liking Obama has nothing to do with the color of his skin. Nothing to do with Republicans either since many Republicans voted for him.

  • I didn't vote for Obama, but I was all for a black president. I think some of his actions in this first few months of his presidency have been questionable, but I do still agree that we must give him a chance. I just hope he can turn everything around and get us back on the right track. Right now, with the unemployment rate going up at the rate it is, he is going to lose whatever confidence people do have in him pretty rapidly though IMO.
