Immunizations and Antibiotics

My one year old was running a fever over the weekend so I took her to the Dr Monday and he put her on antibiotics for a ear infection, well tomorrow she has a appointment to get her one year checkup and shots. Will they still give her the shots since she is on a antibiotic?
