At what age did you start

putting your baby in a jumper/bouncer activity center?

  • 4 months in a bouncy seat but my son was able to hold his head up and had strong enough neck muscles

  • Exersaucer at about 2-3 months, depending on which kid I'm talking about...

  • She was in a Jumperoo about 3.5 months. She just wanted to JUMP. She had good head and upper body control which is the critical thing. Then I packed a baby blanket around her to help keep her upright and put a phone book under her feet so her feet would reach the floor. Hard to jump if you can't reach the floor! She LOVED it.

    My girls used a walker when they had good muscle control in their torso and neck.
