  • just talk talk talk. I know when I had postpartum the only thing that helped me was to be able to talk about everything I was feeling. It was hard at first because I was so scared of being judged, but after I confided in a friend and they didnt judge me I started to feel so much better.

  • Be there. Listen. And help to find a fully qualified therapist in case there's a need for intense therapy or medication.
