I talked to my mom about her pregnancy with me and she said that while she was in labor with me, she had muscle spasms throughout her legs and thighs as she was pushing me out! Sounds painful. I am now 8 months pregnant and have been feeling like my legs and thighs are also going to go into cramps but I just usually exercise them more and stretch them out a bit. But how can I prevent this from happening to me while I'm in labor and even now that Im feeling this before labor too?
