what can i give my one yr old son that is a little constipated?????hes passing stools but there a bit hard??

  • Prune juice, prunes, any juice of the sort I guess.. Anything high in fiber. Just keep pushing the liquids, stay away from dairy since that will just bind him up even more.

  • apple juice or prune juice always worked for mine

  • Prune juice is the way to go. It only takes a couple ounces to get things moving again. You can also give him an ounce or so on days that you suspect he might be getting plugged up again. If he doesn't like the taste try mixing with a little apple juice or anything else he likes.

  • raisins, prunes, apple juice, some water and sugar make sure the sugar is diluted and a little warm.

  • I have been told clear karo syrup will get it working. Give a teaspoon.
