Old Navy has some cute things for girls and they have some hellaciously good sales. Also, try Ebay.

Target. They have tops and bottoms for $4 a piece right now.

I dont know if you have a once upon a child near you but I have gotten my son several very nice outfits from 2.00$ upto 5.00$ and they always have lots of little girl things, I dont think they take cloths that are stained. They will also buy cloths she has grown out of.
Ask friends who may know someone with a little girl older I have found several people who would sell whole bags full of cloths very cheap.

I go to the outlets. I get most of my sons clothes at the carters outlet here half price of what they are in the stores, and still less than when the stores have 50% off sales! Also check websites of big stores, jcpenney online had huge sales I saved a ton on spring clothes for my son.

The Children's Place and dollar stores usuallt have really good deals. All of my kids when they were small wore dollar store clothes and people comment so much on how cute they are! Good luck.
