  • For the same reason women do. They don't want to get into trouble or they want to make their lives more interesting.

  • Men don't need to lie about a single thing.
When you find an honest quality man who is trustworthy,
open, and gives you all his love you will realize it even more.
Why are men always lying to you? Why do you allow it?
Why do you feel as if you aren't worthy enough for the truth?
I heard people say before that men only treat you how you allow them.
Until I find a quality man, I want no part of someone who is half-ass
because I'm an amazing person and I don't deserve less even tho
I have settled for less before.
You have to learn to love yourself before anyone else loves you.
I really hope that either your man stops lying to you or you stop
    lying to yourself. Take care.

  • bronxcoture.....You took the words right outta my mouth. I have made some poor choices to say the least in the past. I now am very happily married to the most honest and trustworthy man I have EVER met. He is my soul mate and I am his. I found him after learning to love myself and every little part about me.

  • my x used to say to see if he could get away with it! In reading about personality disorders there seem to be a few that entail lying as a characteristic. There is one called Executive Function Disorder that kids get at an early age and you can expect them to grow up and be compulsive liars. Since many liars are also female I doubt if the Y gene and testosterone are to blame for the knack for lying.
