  • i dont think its possible to break your own water.
    just like you cant check your own cervix for dialation.

  • i had my water broken at the hospital and i remember a huge hook like thing they used to do it. it went really quick but i don't think that i would do that my self. why would you want to. just because your water is broken doesn't mean that you will go into labor. i think that i would actually be dangerous for baby if you were not ready to have it broke.

  • You only have so many hours after it is broken to have the baby, or something bad could happen. But the only way would to stick something up there but that is a VERY bad idea, you could give something to the baby or who knows what.

  • A woman on Grays anatomy or Private practice one of those shows did it with a knitting needle. so its probably possible. LOL
