  • in my case it's what i didn't do that you're "supposed to". i didnt' take any of my prenatals or my iron pills. i ate what i wanted, although it wasn't alot (in the second pregnancy anyway lol) i lifted over 20lbs (which apparently you're not supposed to do, but what are you gonna do when you're pregnant with your second and your 1 year old wants to be held? tell him no, doctor says i'm not allowed? i mean come on)

  • My tastes totally flip flopped and I craved healthy clean food. So THAT wasn't an issue...

    However, the caffeine was...

    Venti White Mochas from Starbucks.
    Bad Anjeey.
But it wasn't everyday by any means.

But my lil wormie is completely healthy and progressing like a normal little three month old. So, I guess a little caffeine never hurts now and angain.

  • ciggs. i had a choice between quiting cold turkey which the doctor said could send me into another nicotine fit (which i've been hospitalized for in the past) which would almost certainly cause miscarriage, or i could slowly just cut down until im no longer smoking & hope for the best. i decided to cut down (as well as get lights & those extra little filters for those trying to quit). im just shy of 7 weeks & am down to 6 a day (i was smoking almost 2 packs a day before).
