I always get hungry before going to bed and if I don't eat before going to bed the hunger pangs can keep me up and I feel like crap, what's a healthy low calorie snack that I could have?Answer Question

When I did Weight Watchers especially, I did this all the time:
Slice peppers into triaagle shaped wedges (as a substitute for chips) and pair with fat free salsa. You can eat tons for a very low amount of calories.
