  • I took as shower the next day. and Soaked in the tub the moment I had a chance when I got home. I was a CNA at a hospital and in the hospital they will give whats called a S.I.T.Sbath and it helps easy the pain and clean it really good. A lot of moms will get them hours after having there baby just because it helps clean it and helps a lot with the pain

  • Oh right away. You can actually put in some stuff (I forget what it's called) to help ease the pain. You don't have to wait.

  • Your supposed to start right away. I was told to soak 3 times a day, and when I would skip a day I would start hurting.
