whats a subitute for cake flour to use in a recipe

I"ve got a recipe that calls for cake flour, and I was wondering what to subitute . Thanks.

  • Mix 1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour with 1/4 cup of cornstarch yields 2 cups

  • cake flour is just all purpose flour that has been finely siffted, nothing more or less! Just sift regular flour a few times to make it light as air
