frozen meat

when you freeze meat, and you put it in the fridge to thaw, should you cook it as soon as it's thawed or is it okay to cook it in a day or two?

  • I think if it wasn't on the last date just before you froze it, it would be okay to wait.

  • It should be ok to cook in a day or two but I wouldn't let it thaw in the fridge longer than that or it will for sure go bad.
