  • Well, I can tell you my son's name. It's pretty unique, and I don't think it's weird. Everyone that knows us likes it. We named him Brandton (the D is silent). I met a guy quite some years ago who's name was Brandt. I always really liked it. When we were choosing names I mentioned it to hubby. He liked it too and for him it was even better because he's a huge waterfowl hunter and there is a goose called a Brandt Goose. LOL!

I wanted the name to be a little longer so we decided on Brandton. I also saw Brandtley when I was looking online. We thought we'd still call him Brandt, but we call him Brandton more often than not.

I know a little boy named Stetson and I loved that, but couldn't use it because it's my friends little boy. The same friend has a son named Brody.

Good luck picking! Hope I helped some!

  • We have picked out a unique name but we're only telling family and very close friends until the baby is born.

I will tell you to take some common names and change a letter or 2 and you'll be shocked at what nice creative names you can come up with. We took my DH's first name and change the first letter. We both LOVE the name and it's not to out there.
