what size shoes does a 6month old wear?

and does she need to wear shoes yet cause i have heard it can cause feet problems

  • It won't cause foot problems if she is not yet walking. Generally, they will wear a 2 or a 3.

  • Just like adults it just depends on the size of their feet. My son was born into a size 1. I don't think it's good for them to have shoes on all day every day but putting a pair of shoes (that fit of course) on their feet here and there won't hurt anything.

  • my son wears a size 3 and is 6 months old. i don't put shoes on him often though because its such a hassel.

  • Yeah, my daughter only wears shoes when we leave the house, otherwise it's just sockies!!!

  • I always just put my 6 month old in socks. Shoes seemed like a waste since they grow out of them so fast. I don't have the money to spend on things that aren't necessary. I probably won't buy shoes for her until she's got walking down.

  • I always used socks. He had a couple of pairs of shoes that he was never able to wear because I forgot about them and he outgrew them.

  • my son wore socks at 6 months but i had a pair of shoes for him and he was in 2s now he's 15 months and is wearing size 7 talk bout big feet LOL
