You WILL NOT as a woman get bulky and muscular--you do NOT have the genes for it. You would have to be in a competitive type of working out mode (my sister-in-law competed and never got really muscular though she won contests) and the women who are that you see in magazines go way beyond normal to achieve that look. In fact, watching my sil, you don't even stay like that after the competition because it is crazy to try---
SOOOOO relax.....and hit the gym, weights, cardio, or whatever and achieve the look you want. You most likely would prefer pilates, yoga, fitness walking or such. Check out Cathe Friedrich's site.
