Getting drunk on hair conditioner?

Yep,everytime I condition my hair it seeps into my skin and into my blood stream is that really true?

  • I don't think conditioner can be absorbed systemically. If so, they would have a warning on the bottle.

  • I didn't know that conditioner had alcohol in it and had no idea that it seeped into your skin lol. I swore that you put it on your scalp

  • Yeah,I know you wouldn't understand but it happens to me.When it is sitting on my scalp for about 20 minutes,I begin to feel sedated and that's when I know I have to wash it out.This type isn't made for 20 minute conditioning,which is why I feel this.I use Alberto's strawberry and cream type in a plastic bottle,for any of ya who want to get tipsy!

  • there is alcohol in it and you can leave it on as long as you want,but I wouldn't advise that..
