hi well i just recently had a baby girl lost the baby weight and i lost too much and no matter wht i eat i cant seem to gain weight just wondering if anyone here knows wht can i eat to gain some weight back its the total opposite of wht some ppl whould think lol .....

  • Drink ensure once or twice a day. It has a lot of calories in it.

  • Sometimes after you give birth people have an over-active thyroid. It may be something you want to mention to your doc.

  • It could be a thyroid problem. Check with your doctor.
    Milkshakes are recommended sometimes as high cal and not totally wasted as far as nutrition. Peanut butter and nuts are good.
