When exercising is it better to push or pull?

I will have my 4 and 2 year olds with me at the park. I will either have to push them in a double stroller or pull them in a 2 seater wagon. Which do you think will benefit me more when walking?

  • I think it is easier on the body to push. Pulling is just one are bent back and it hurts after awhile. I never liked yanking the wagon around the im going with pushing since it wont have your body in a wierd twist.
