what are some good foods i can give me one year old for breakfast? lunch? and dinner?

  • my DD is 14 months old..
    for breakfast she eats french toast/pancakes or I cut up bananas in some milk with her cheerios.
    for lunch she eats whatever fruit she picks out/we have.. or an apple sauce/yogurt flavored dish.
    Dinner she eats what we eat (excluding anything with seafood or that is too tough to chew (steak)). Normally there is a type of meat (well cooked for hers), a veggie, and a potato/noodle. (just in smaller portions than ours, lol)
    before breakfast she normally has a snack (gerber puffs, cheerios, pieces of toasted wheat bread (she loves that)).
    after lunch she normally get's a treat/snack

  • breakfast banana's and milk lunch sandwich with yogart and juice what ever you make for dinner

  • mine loved banana's...cantaloupe..various fruits just take the seeds out etc. yogurt, jello with fruit pieces. kid sized soft granola bars or fruit bars. cereal, oatmeal with a lil bit of brown sugar, instead of fries i would make sweet potato fries which are much healthier and bake them..anything really...start them out eating heatthy so its a lifetime habit

  • my 13 mo old likes a waffle or cereal w/ milk for breakfast, for lunch chicken nuggets and those dole pears or peaches. for supper he eats whatever we have. today for lunch he had a taco, lightly seasoned, he loved it. good luck.

  • i try to make it fun too...
    if its something like corn or peas (her 2 fave veggies) ill act excited and go "mmmm corn!!!! its good!" and she gets excited and says "its delicious!" lol. before she even gets it

  • My kid is weird. He eats penut butter and jelly sandwiches every day and at least a whole can of sweet peas. He will drink anything but loves juice. For dinner I feed him what we're eating. He also likes fruit throughout the day and scrambled eggs.

  • My son loves the Toaster Scramblers. We get him the egg, cheese, and sausage ones. Scrambled eggs, cream of wheat, oatmeal, cereal, every once in awhile he might get a hunny bun for breakfast. For lunch he'll eat chicken fingers, chicken nuggets, peanut butter & jelly (goober grape), mac & cheese, corn. For dinner he just has what we're having. I made pork steaks, shells & cheese, corn, and his daddy had baked potato with his the day before yesterday and he loved it. My son also LOVES hot wings (takes after me).
