Okay so my daughter is almost 18 months and no matter how hard I try I can't seem to get her to eat real meals. All she ever wants to do is snack and its health snacks like fruit and things like that but every time I put her in her highchair and give her real food she just throws it or starts playing in it and refuses to eat it. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what can I do to get her to eat?Answer Question

Snacks are good, for the metabolism but don't let her go all day. Do a snack at like 10 am, 2pm, right after a afternoon nap. Then normal meals at breakfast, lunch , dinner. When my DD was doing this, our Doc just told us to cut back the snacks and keep trying.
