Attorney's are usually only licensed to practice in one state. Sometimes, if they are close to the border of another state they will get licensed for that state too (it's a whole separate exam since the laws are different). It would be impossible to recommend an atty without knowing what state you live in or what state the divorce was granted in (if it's different).
You may want to look online for a website that rates lawyers, then you can choose your local area.
