GOP eyes Bush v Gore to save Coleman seat..AGAIN?

The courts should NOT be deciding elections, anyone else PISSED about this? Isn't this a waste of TIME and MONEY?

  • I think if they are going to spend the money they should have a special election. Same thing with Obama's old seat. Let the people decide and have a consistant way to count the votes.

  • I'm from MN and we are still waiting to see what will happen. The deal with the courts is that they are trying to decide if different rules were used in different precincts when counting or throwing out ballotts. They are not really "deciding" the election, they are trying to apply the same standards to all votes cast. (Sounds simple, but apparently not, lol!)
    They should decide by early April, by all counts it sounds like Franken got it.
