What do they tell you to do during pregnancy?

What do they tell you to do is you are pregnant and are having depression/stress issues? Not because of the pregnancy or anything. Just the stress of everyday problems like money? Affecting sleep, moods, stress levels, etc. They can't give you anything to take? What to they tell you to do? Meditate?

  • actually i think there are some antidepressants that you can take during pregnancy. also theyll tel lyou to go to therapy. if you dont want to go to therapy you mainly just want to talk talk talk. find someone to confide in and tell them every single thing thats on your mind. i sufffered from severe depression for 9 years, i never went to therapy, i got over it by talking. just confiding in someone and getting everything off of my chest. its the best release you can do

  • ugh its tough cuz all of the every day stresses are sooo much more stressful when youre prego. try to keep that in mind too, cuz sometimes things can seem warped, espeicially during the first trimester. try meditating too if you dont want just medication, it can be very calming and relaxing, and take time for yourself, like baths or do something nice for yourself like go get a pedicure. and exersizing is a natural treatment (i know it only helps so much) so try working in a little exersize into your routine. good luck mama! =)
