how to lose weght in 1 week

hi id like to know if any of you know how to lose weight in 1 weeks and i mean a alot of weight not just a pound or two i know its possible but i dont have the moeny i was hoping soemone would know a good free way?

  • I know the 2 day diet pills work for most people if that helps you guys i havent tried them mysef because they are to expensive where i live but in the states they are like 30 dollars in some places or ebay people i know personally have lost up to 14 pounds in 1 week which is what im looking for but dont have the money

  • Ask a doctor. Loosing weight that fast, no matter how fat I am, is not worth a heart attack or my liver exploding.

  • It's not healthy or safe to lose more then 2-3 lbs a week but you can try a detox or 7 day cleasne. Gnc has them. Also get moving... running, jogging, lifting weights, biking etc.

  • STARVE eat 1000 cals a day, drink a ton of coffee, and chew gum!!!! and drink DIET pop, good luck

  • Losing a lot of weight in 1 week is completely unrealistic and unhealthy. Starving yourself as the "astute" anonymous above suggests is dangerous and you would purely lose water weight and quickly gain that back and more. Plus, once your body is in starvation mode is starts to store fat so you will start to get more of those not so sexy dimples on your thighs. You may want to stick to the old-fashioned boring way of losing a lb or two a week. You didn't gain weight in a week so you shouldn't expect to lose weight in a week. At any rate, if you do starve yourself, drink a ton of coffee, chew gum and drink diet soda I would be very leery of what that may do to your heart and liver...all of that caffeine and no nutrients is not a good combination. Please be careful to the advice that you listen to here...some of it is down right dangerous.
