signs of ear infections?

my daughter is 3mths, has no appetite, crying nonstop, has a fever and shakes her head side to side....ive given her tylenol for her fever but im thinking its an ear infection. has anyone else's baby shook their head from side to side when they had an ear infection?

  • Yes, and tugging or rubbing at their ears is also indication of an ear infection. I'd get her checked out just to make sure! GL!

  • With my second son, the only clue I had was that when I laid him down, he started screaming. No fever, no tugging (they don't usually tug at that early age anyway), just the screaming.

    It's a good possibility especially if she has a bit of a cold or something.

  • Get her checked out...mostly because of the fever. Ear infections are usually accompanied by fever or runny nose or diarrhea.
