Can you do anything to decrease morning sickness before you get preggo?

I heard that if you limit the amount of red meat that you eat 3 months before conceiving, it will decrease the severity of morning sickness. Has anyone else heard this before? Is there anyother foods you should or should not eat that might help lesson morning sickness?

  • I've never heard of that before. It all depends on your hormones.

I don't think there's any one thing you can do to decrease morning sickness. Just find whatever works for you and go with that.
