Low carb i.e. Atkins is very unhealthy. Learn to eat healthy--lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains, good fats, and lean protein-----make it a lifestyle not a quick fix. Permanent weight loss in only maintained with a lifestyle change. Slim Fast is NOT a lifestyle change unless you see yourself drinking it for years to come...... There are healthier alternatives. SF is ok once in a while but as a way to eat----not so much. Check out some of the following Dr's--Joel Fuhrman, Dean Ornish,
Oz Mehmet, Mcdougall--those are healthy lifestyles. Even the Abs Diet is a healthy lifestyle change.
