  • I feed our 11 month old anything we are eating that is either soft enough for him to gum, can be smashed or can be pureed in a blender. This includes pastas, all meats and fish, cooked veggies, fruits, basically everything but acidic foods because they irritate his bottom when they come out the other end.

  • my dd used to love frozen peas at that age..i would dump them on the tray and by the time she got them in her mouth they were thawed a litlle, but good for teething. Anything you can cut small would be good. spagetti, bananas, steamed carrots, any cut fruit or veggie.

  • I cut up a cheese sandwich in to bite size pieces and he just loves that! He also likes turkey hot dogs, pancakes, ego waffles, noodles, rice, cous cous, and all fruit! At t 10 months you can start giving your little one pretty much anything you eat. We don't give our son a lot of sugary products, but we do give him anything he can eat on his own with his fingers.
