  • 100 lbs for 5 ft, then add five pounds for every inch so at 5'6" 130 is an ideal weight, plus or minus about five pounds depending on body frame.

    I googled it.

  • There are many factors that play into your height. Not one person is the same. Your body fat percentage is the most important measure.

  • Well, I weigh 175, and wear a size 10. I'm 5'5.

I have a lot of muscle

  • You cannot go by weight alone because people have different body types. My son is 5'7" and weighs 175, but I am 5'6" and weigh 160 and I have waaaaaaaay more fat than he does! He is all muscle from working out and playing hockey all the time and I am all 35-year-old-mommy-flab from sitting around watching him all the time LOL!
