Brownie cookies. PIOG

I was at a birthday party once and someone had made cookies out of brownie batter. They were delicious! How do you do this? Have any of you tried it? Do I just not add as much water, so the batter is a little thicker?

  • it's so easy...you just use a box of brownie mix.1 pkg. (21.5 oz.) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 tbsp. water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips or M&M'S®

Combine all ingredients, mixing by hand. Bake until just set at 350 degrees about 9-10 minutes.

  • I've never used brownie batter but I have a recipe that uses a chocolate cake mix.  It's very simple, one sick of margarine, one egg (or two), one tsp. of vanilla, and chocolate chips or peanut butter chips.  Mix it well, using a cookie scoop drop onto cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 10-12 min. These are very chocolaty and good.
