what are some ways to lose weight fast i need to lose 14pounds asap

  • Eat fat burning foods, google will give you a list. Dont let yourself get hungy so have snacks of raw veggies at hand. Drink plenty. Chew gum to fill the need to be chewing. Also low fat dairy helps burn fat when loosing weight. reduce portion size, eat small amounts regularly so that your metabolism doest slow down and dont eat anything after dinner.
    (no gobbling kids leftovers)

  • STARVE!! eat 1000 cals a day, good luck, drink coffee and chew lots of gum

  • Do this and watch the weight fall off! Only eat fruit, veggies, nuts and chicken breast meat. Your body will eat the fat away for energy because you aren't giving it any bad carbs, Make sure to dringk plenty of water! And exercise~
