3500...no matter which way you try and turn it it is always the same. sometimes a quick weight loss will jus be water weight and can be gained back quickly. but if you want to lose fat, that is the majic number. The average woman uses about 1500 calories a day, just doing everyday chores. eat more than that-gain weight!
Muscle burns more calories than fat, hence the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism. Hope this helps!
No I didn't know how many. All I did know is less calories then what I apparently eat now. Maybe then I would lose something?
