  • Pork roast. Rub salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the roast, sear all the way around. Put in the crock pot with a few inches of chicken stock. Saute in the oil from searing the roast chopped up onions with garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Pour over the roast, cook on low all day. The roast comes out perfectly, is tender, and irresistible.

  • Pork chops or chicken breasts with cream of chicken soup and rice. Brown the meat, put the number of servings of rice you need in the bottom of the crockpot, put meat on top. Add the soup and the liquid to make soup on top. Cook on high about 2-3 hrs or low for 4-6 hrs. The meat falls apart and gets all mixed in the rice and the soup makes yummy gravy.
