Story time

What age did you take your child to a story time? Did you think they enjoyed it, or did you think it was more trouble than it was worth?

  • It depends on the child. My son is still such a busy boy that at 7 it is hard for him to sit still and listen to a something without interjecting comments and questions.

  • Took my son when he was 22 mos.He was fed about half hr before, and played outside for about fifteen minutes, then we went to our local Bookstore, and listened quite happily, while holding onto a book of choice,It's been great~ he's now seven, and especially loves to read to younger children, even when they aren't 100% attentive~ many times, they are so impacted by another little person reading to them that they can't wait for more BOOKS to be read !!!!
