What should I make with this ground sirloin?

I've got about 3 pounds of ground sirloin thawed in my frig and I don't know what to make with it. I can't do anything with a red sauce (spaghetti or sloppy joes) because I'm pregnant and it will make my heartburn so bad I'll be puking and won't be able to sleep. Any suggestions? FYI - I did meatloaf last night so that is out.

  • Try a homemade hamburger helper. Or cheeseburger english muffins where you put browned ground beef, ketchup, and cheese on the muffin and toast it.

I love the site . You can go to that site and put ground sirloin as your ingredient, list any other ingredient you might be craving, and even list things you do NOT want. I always sort the results by best rated and read the reviews to see if anyone had tips.

  • Here is for one pound, maybe you could make a couple and freeze one:
    Easy Hamburger Casserole

1 lb extra lean ground beef (or brown ground beef or turkey and drain fat)
    1 small chopped onion
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp pepper
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can cheese soup
    1 (16oz) pkg tater tots

Heat oven to 375°. Mix beef, onion, salt, and pepper in ungreased 2 qt casserole. Arrange vegetables on meat. Pour soup over, cover with tater tots. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until potatoes are golden brown.

  • Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, meatball sandwhiches, hamburgers, chili (nevermind, that'll probably give you heartburn Whoops) That's all I can think of, but try looking at or are my two favorite sites.
