  • I'm surprised she isn't on table food already! Steam up some veggies and give that girl some cheerios. She will love it!

  • If she has 3 or more teeth give the child table food. That's probly what she wants. Just pay attention to what she likes to make it easier. My youngest skipped baby food, went straight to table. It could be growth spurt but normally they eat more at that time. She could just be a picky eater. Goodluck.

  • Is there some reason for not putting your 13 month old on table food already?? Start! Baby food is boring her taste buds to tears by now!

  • My daughter was on table food at 6 months old. She hated baby food! Anything we ate did she - meat, veggies, fruit.

  • Have you ever TASTED baby food? YUCK!!! Give her table food-puree chicken noodle soup, finely dice bolied potatoes, carrots, really any veggie. And please, don't forget a tiny dash of salt or garlic powder or something to add some flavor! Babies have more tastebuds than you or I. They enjoy a little seasoning!!
