How can I ease my "morning" sickness?

  • What helped me was crackers and sprite, but girl when the body says to throw up there is no cracker or sprite to stop it.

  • I had it horrible for my first 12 weeks and I went and bought those sea bands and they took the edge off! t=didnt help completely but did a little! also your doctor can give you something to help just call him or her and ask!!

  • Sea bands help some people, I ate candied ginger and sour apple stips (those candy things). Sour seems to work for some reason. Ohhhhh it's so rough, I ended up on that drug for nausea that they give to chemo patients. Hang in there.
