what age is ok to introduce peanut foods?

i have a 20 month oldand was just wondering when its ok to introduce peanut foods?

  • both of my kids had peanut butter as babies... If there is no history of an allergy in the family you are usually safe. If you are worried just start with a PB cookie or something very small and then just watch her for a day... If she doesn't have a reaction, she'll be just fine!

  • Just watch her very closely. We dont have a family history of any allergies but my son is anaphylatic to peanuts.
