I saw it in another post and wondered.

  • Basically, if you practice one of the following, you are on your way to the snap, crackle, CRUNCH:

    extended breastfeeding (beyond a year)
    cloth diapers
    homeschooling
    drug-free births
    baby wearing
    adoptive breastfeeding
    co-sleeping or family beds
    full-time parenting

And the crunchy thing relates to granola....hippies eat granola....blah blah..

  • "....those considered crunchy mommies. Or who intend to become crunchy mommies. This includes: Cloth diapering, breastfeeding, *brain cramp* making homemade baby food, babywearing, attachment parenting, cosleeping, delaying/not getting vaccinations...."

This is what the thread on my BBC board said....
    hope it helps

  • damnit! I'm a crunchy mom! Except I don't co sleep, attachment parent, or breastfeed. I'm not all to sure what the brain camp thing meant but I use cloth diapers and I make my own baby food and I wear my baby but that's mostly because those things are cheap and convenient. Crap now I'm a crunchy teen mom.
