obsessed with potty...

my daughter is obsessed with the potty. she goes to the potty all day. i dont put pull ups or anything on her, because when i do she takes them off and goes to the potty.every time she sits on her potty she pees and poops but not alot just little bits of the pee, and poops once sometimes twice a day...and then she gets her drink and drinks until she has to potty again. is that normal? i am potty trainging her, and her deing obsessed with it makes it a whole lot easier. . . but i just want to know if its normal

  • It is pretty normal. It's a new adventure for her, eventually the novelty of it will wear off. It may be do to the fact that she has not fully gotten control of her voiding yet, when kids go in thier diapers they don't always go all at once. they just go little bits at a time. Just continue to support her efforts. . You need to still make sure she is eating a balanced diet too though!

  • That's so cute. My son avoided the potty as much as he could. Because he had to take time out of his busy playing schedule to do it. He's almost 4, has been potty trained nearly a year, and still has accidents because of that. Because he waits as long as he can before he heads to the bathroom, and then he's dancing around in circles because he needs to pee so bad, so he can't even pull his pants down.
