Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have just recently (like last week) decided to quit smoking. I need ways to distract myself. Any suggestions? A friend's hubby says hard candy, but i am not too big on candy. I walk until my legs feel like they are gonna fall off. lol I feel like I am on the brink of insanity!!! HELP!!!! thanks

  • plain popcorn! You can eat it all you want and wont gain any weight and it keeps your hands busy thats what my aunt used to quit

  • The good news is after two weeks the cravings, both physical and the oral fixation will be SUBSTANTIALLY GONE. Hang in there! I have heard a lot of people say they chew gum, blow bubbles, chew on straws.
