OMG! I've been thinking the same damn thing! I'm 140 and am wanting to get down to 130. I've considered eating only baby food. My only challenge is that the veggies taste horrible. I only like the fruits. I think eating healthier meals would be the best answer but I to have a hard time sticking to healthy choices. It would be easier for me to stick to the same thing every day. I would suggest cleaning out your kitchen of any "junk" food so that you're no tempted and stock it with only healthy choices. If your like me I'm to lazy to get in the car to drive to the store to get junk food so you would have to deal with what is in the house. Of course I can't do this because my husband wouldn't have it. Good luck!
