what can i make out of these items ....

i have white rice (and a rice cooker)
broccoli
green beans
cream of mushroom
shreded cheese
eggs
tator tots
tuna


any ideas? im going shopping tomorrow but i need a late dinner for me and hubby and lunch for tomorrow ... i was thinking tuna sandwiches for lunch tomorrow

could i cook the rice add cream of mushroom and add green beans/or broccoli and then put in a baking dish and cover with tator tots and bake?

  • you could make the white rice with broccoli & cream of mushroom sauce. - even maybe add the beans.
    Make tuna melts with the tuna - shredded cheese & tator tots as a side. -
    eggs - you could make egg salad also.

  • Cook the rice add cream of mushroom, green beans, broccoli and tuna then put in a baking dish and cover and bake. (I wouldn't put tater tots in there) It's a version of "rice ring". You can put the tuna only in the center of baking dish if you like.
    Have leftovers for lunch.

  • I would do the casserole with the rice, cream of mushroom, broccoli, and then add cheese on top and bake it.
